One bedroom units are 821 sq ft with a 10×20 deck with BBQ for $1700/month. All One bedrooms are on the second floor with a king size bed. 

Two bedroom units are 1021 sq ft with a 10×20 deck with BBQ $1850/month (2 bedrooms have Queen/Twin bed combos) All two bedrooms are on the main floor and we have only one 2 bedroom Wheelchair accessible unit available currently.

Pet Deposit: If you have a Pet, $100 non-refundable deposits is required.
